This is hands down the best poke bowl spot in Redlands. I've tried many different poke places, and none match the quality and prices of Bluewater. While their location is small and there's limited seating, the food more than makes up for it. They offer a large selection of proteins, plenty of veggie add-ons, and their sauces are delicious. My perfect poke bowl consists of: - Base: white rice with salmon and spicy tuna - Mix-ins: edamame, extra pineapple, jalapeños, seaweed salad, and masago - Sauces: house ponzu, mango habanero, and spicy mayo - Dry toppings: furikake They also have a variety of bubble tea; my personal favorite is the wintermelon tea. Despite the limited seating area, the food and drinks are phenomenal. I definitely recommend checking out this place!

The fish is always fresh and the service is always great, it is always popular around lunch so it's best to order online but they always give good portion sizes at a good price

I liked this place even if they didn't have all the options. I was a day shy of their delivery. Still they had great service and outstanding food. The atmosphere was decent, however I was impressed overall.

The Bluewater Poke spot is more of a grab and go spot. It has two 2-seater tables inside. I do wish there were a few more tables but I'm not against the concept at all. There's no phone to call in an order here too. I think they have a system to do an online order, which I may try in the future. 6 step order process when you walk in. It's fairly simple and easy to understand. The workers are also extremely kind and walk you through the process. The quality of the food was so delicious. The ginger was flavorful, everything was great. The worker recommended adding a sauce to pair with their house ponzu and I'm very glad I trusted him! It went well together. I got a large bowl and found it fairly priced. I would return.

Large bowl with half rice and half salad. Salmon, ahi tuna, and shrimp as protein. Ademame, cucumbers thinly sliced, crab salad... House sauce, eel, spicy mayo, a bit of sesame oil.. arekake, crunchy onion and garlic and sesame seeds. You're welcome. You'll thank me later lol Service is always up to part and staff are very professional. The place is always clean and there's plenty of parking. They also make fire mango smoothies with no sugar additives. Instead of reading my review head over and check them out. They also do boba I think. Sorry I didn't post menu but it's totally work visiting.

I was craving good Poke which is surprisingly difficult to find and saw the great reviews for Bluewater. I understand the reviews because this is pretty much the best Poke I have ever had. I love options they have and I love that they make recommendations for sauces since that can be overwhelming. Everything was fresh, the perfect temperature and delicious

I recently made my first visit to Bluewater Poke while in Redlands and had a positive experience. The staff were friendly and patient, the establishment is intimate but well-maintained, and the poke, along with the many fixings, were fresh and tasty. Definitely a new meal option to add in my rotation whenever I'm in Redlands. Bluewater Poke is located in a small strip shop area with some shops and other eateries. There is plenty of free parking in the lots adjacent to the sides of the strip of shops that is shared by all of the businesses. Be aware that there is no parking that is directly in front of Bluewater Poke, though the closer slots in the noted lots are a short distance to the entrance. As mentioned above, the shop is small. At the time of my visit, there seemed to be one table available for a group of patrons to eat in, although there were a handful of other tables outside the establishment if you would like to eat on site. The setup and ordering process is similar to other poke spots around where you choose your base, proteins, sauces, toppings, etc., then pay at the end. As noted above, the staff were extremely patient, friendly, and efficient with moving through the customers in a respectable way. Despite them being slightly busy at the time of my visit, my bowl was crafted with care and accuracy. The establishment overall appeared to be very clean, which did not leave me apprehensive to order here. My order consisted of a large bowl with Hawaiian Tuna, Hawaiian Salmon, and Shrimp with a base of salad. I added various mix ins including crab, green onion, pineapple, and some of the crispy toppings sprinkled on the top. Everything tasted very fresh and was good quality. Portions were a little smaller than some of their competitors, but the price justified this as Bluewater Poke seems to be a little cheaper than other spots in the IE. Bluewater Poke made a strong first impression for me. I would definitely return in the future if I'm craving some poke while in the Redlands area. Looking forward to possibly adding boba to my order next time.

First time trying BlueWater. Overall, I would say it's an above average poke spot. Their fish is fresh and they offer a wide variety of choices including marinated Hawaiian tuna and blue crab. Their toppings are creative including crushed flamin hot Cheetos for those that like to live dangerously! For the drink, we tried a winter melon milk tea with boba. It was a little too sweet for our taste but the boba was delicious. We would definitely come back for the good food and service!

I eat poke very often, and I rarely leave reviews for places. This spot is excellent, the seafood and veggies are fresh, the prices are very fair with generous portions which sometimes is not the case. The service was friendly and fast. The dinning room is small but it is clean.
